Here is my proposal for this weekend:

| Access: | Motorway A41 to chamonix. Take exit 18 (Cluses) which has the indications: Scionzier, Morzine, Avoriaz, Mt Saxonnex, etc. Take road D902 to Montriond- Morzine pasing by Taninges and Les Gets. 3.5 km after Les Gets we arrive to the site called Le Nantequet. Follow road D28 being attentive to the indications to Avoriaz 1800 (Road 338). Follow this road for 15 km to arrive to Avoriaz. Avoriaz is car-free, therefore you will have to park in the paying parking outside Avoriaz (2.5 euro/day). The trip to Avoriaz may take 1h30. |

It is convenient to emphasize some useful items: please do not forget to carry on (wear) raincoat, hat/cap and sun glasses, warm gloves, hiking boots or sport-footwear with thick and non-slipping sole, enough food and drinks for the own consumption. Spear dry clothes and after excursion confortable shoes are very convenient.
