In spite of what we are currently seeing weather predictions for the coming sunday are good. But as always: we'd better be prepared. WARM and HERMETIC clothes and waterproof boots are recommended. Here is my proposal for excursion 10 on Sunday, 2nd of October:

| Remarks: | This place in close to Samoens, Morillon (Les Carroz). It should be familiar to those people having joined the CERN Ski club. |
| Access: | To reach La Combe de Emeru we should drive from Annemasse taking road D907 untill Samoens. Litle after Samoens take road D354 to Plan Praz, Vigny, Cessonex, etc. Along this road we should reach La Combe Emeru (about 7 km from Samoens). The trip to La Combe de Emeru may take 1h30m |

It is convenient to emphasize some useful items: please do not forget to carry on (wear) raincoat, hat/cap and sun glasses, warm gloves, hiking boots or sport-footwear with thick and non-slipping sole, enough food and drinks for the own consumption. Spear dry clothes and after excursion confortable shoes are very convenient.
